1. Our Processing Commitments

Under the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR, we are legally mandated to process your data lawfully, fairly, and transparently. We promise that:

We only collect the minimum amount of data required to successfully deliver our comprehensive property services, including HMO licensing applications, property management, residential lettings, and property sales.
We ensure your data is kept accurate, up-to-date, and secure against unauthorised access, using end-to-end encryption for document transfers.
We will never sell or rent your personal contact information to third-party marketing companies, estate agents, or brokers.

2. Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR)

You have the absolute right to know what personal data we hold about you. If you wish to submit a Subject Access Request, or request the deletion/anonymisation of your records, you can do so completely free of charge. We are legally required to respond to and fulfil your request within 30 days.

3. Escalation & Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our response, you retain the legal right to escalate the matter by lodging a formal complaint directly with the Information Commissioner's Office via their website at ico.org.uk.
